Employment Services

VMS Medical Group will customize an employment contract with each of our individual practitioners based on the specific facility opportunity. Our contract lengths are negotiable based on both the practitioner and facility needs.

Compensation Models:

VMS Medical Group offers competitive compensation models for our practitioners.    

Additional Benefit Highlights Include:

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance:

Physician shall be enrolled in the Group Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance plans and the Group shall be responsible for payment of premiums for Physician. 

Life Insurance:

Group shall provide life insurance benefit through the Medical Insurance Plan.

Retirement Program:  

401(k) Match: Group will match 100% of employee contribution up to 4% of total compensation.

Immigration Services: 

VMS Medical Group will file through our Immigration Attorney appropriate  visa and all required immigration documents.

All fees and expenses are paid for by the recruiting party, never by the physician candidate.
